- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Express orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Local Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up their orders at one of our designated pickup locations. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $9 flat rate for all orders.
- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 or as part of promotional offers.
4. Pickup Locations
You can choose to pick up your order for free at one of our following locations:
- Puttanesca Italian Trattoria - Garden Hills or Dorado
- Vegand Santurce
- La Casa de Robertas
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time.
- Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with approximate delivery information.
7. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team at info@saluwines.com or 787-599-3957 for assistance.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
